Nutrition Month

     Ilocos Sur National High School celebrating nutrition month every year during the month of July. There's so many exciting activities, events, contest that full of lessons that we can apply in our daily life.

   "Ugaliing magtanim, sapat na nutrisyon aanhin", is the theme of the nutrition month. We should plant trees, fruits, vegetables to have fresh and nutritious food to eat so that we can get more vitamins and minerals that our body needs to become healthy. We also avoid eating junkfoods and processed foods because its dangerous to our health and it may cause bad effects.
